Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove Hotel, Miami

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the staff was not very friendly. The rooms felt claustrophobically small. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent and extremely spacious with great views, making me feel extremely safe while traveling with my daughters. The dining experience was good but could have been better. The facilities were on point.

The hotel rooms, despite being smaller than most Courtyard hotels I've stayed in, appeared clean. Unfortunately, my reservation was unexpectedly canceled by the hotel without any information on relocating me to another property.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff had great ideas about local food places, but initially seemed not very friendly. The location was excellent with spacious surroundings and a safe feeling, offering a nice view, yet the morning cleaning hours were not convenient. The dining experience was amazing, and the included food was delicious. The facilities were decent overall.
